The conference was founded by Kearn Cherry of PRN Homecare Services and Dorothy Wilson of Gulf Coast Woman Magazine, with the help of several others. Their goal was to create an event to Inspire, Empower, Connect and Recharge professional women, and elevate the successful woman as a whole, celebrating her not only in the workplace but in all areas of life.
